Joshua Thomason has been practicing real estate in Massachusetts for over twenty years and has been a licensed, independent broker since 2007. Josh currently works for MassDOT’s Right of Way Bureau full-time and practices real estate part-time. With a bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, his passion for older homes and architecturally significant properties is evident. Having owned, renovated, and sold many homes himself for fun and for profit, he is happy to advise on best-practices for your unique situation. Josh also has an extensive background in property management and is considered by many to be an expert in the residential rental market.
